No CSA, let's try DIY

With the corona-craziness, we managed to miss the deadline for joining our local CSA and decided that it is the perfect year to increase the size of our veggie garden and try out some new crops. While it is the ultimate dream to be completely sustainable, we just aren’t even close yet, but are making progress slowly. This year, I’m hoping to perfect my canning skills. OK, who am I kidding, I’m hoping to learn to can after last year’s major fail (link to last year). I still have my raised bed, but Adam prepared a big 36’ x 36’ ground plot! Wish us luck!
